Rudding Park Hotel, Leeds

Rudding Park Hotel

Rudding Park, set in spectacular scenery, is perfectly situated for visits to many places of interest. Three miles to the north is the town of Harrogate, renowned as England's Floral Town. With its wealth of history as a Victorian spa town and many hundreds of acres of parkland and gardens, visiting Harrogate is a must. There are many speciality shops, restaurants and theatres, too.

Modern facilities combine with old-fashioned hospitality to guarantee a memorable and relaxing visit for guests attending conferences, events and seminars at Rudding Park. Equally, weekend leisure visitors keen to play golf or wanting a base from which to explore Yorkshire are welcome.

Among the many destinations on the doorstep are the historic city of York and the splendour of the Yorkshire Dales, while the cosmopolitan city of Leeds, with its lively business, shopping and tourist attractions, is just a short drive away.

The hotel reception area features a large open stone fireplace symbolising the warm welcome for which Rudding Park is renowned. There is also the specially commissioned Mackaness family wall-hanging tracing key moments in their history, which is a striking focal point. The reception sets the tone for the whole Hotel. Fresh flowers, a selection of newspapers, relaxing sofas and friendly, welcoming staff immediately create an air of style and comfort.

The Mackaness Room provides an excellent place to relax in front of the open fire during the cold winter months. Alternatively the atrium and terrace enable our guests to appreciate our beautiful surroundings in the company of friends or colleagues.
