The St David's Hotel & Spa boasts 132 guest bedrooms, all of which have private balconies and views across the bay, including 20 suites, also with sea views and private balconies. The bedrooms reflect the fresh, modern style and fine lines, which Olga Polizzi has focused upon throughout the property.
All rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with interactive satellite television, private bar and safe, and all the modern technology required by today's business visitor including telephones with voice messaging, fax machine, Hair dryer, trouser press and marble bathroom. Guests at the hotel are also invited to use St David's Spa, the first health facility and hydrotherapy spa of its kind in the country.
The St. David's Hotel & Spa focuses on delivering good food in a great atmosphere, which attracts our hotel guests and the local community, rather than simply being seen as an extension of the hotel. Award-winning Tides Restaurant was designed by David Collins Architecture & Design, and features Marco Pierre White menus.
As well as the restaurant's capacity for 110 guests, there is a lounge area adjacent to the bar with a capacity of 50 people where snacks are served throughout the day and features midweek live jazz every Wednesday evening. The restaurant is surrounded by a deck-style terrace where people can drink or dine alfresco during the summer months. The lounge, restaurant and terrace all offer spectacular views across the bay. Private dining rooms are also available and can cater for parties of 8 and upward.
The Spa at St David's is the ultimate place in which to harmonise mind and body. The Spa offers a wide range of hydrotherapy treatments and is open to hotel guests, members and for day package users.
The treatments use a wide range of marine and natural products, carefully chosen to improve your sense of well-being. After a lifestyle consultation, trained specialists can tailor-make personalised programmes to help you regain the equilibrium missing in today's hectic lifestyle. Guests can wade through the hydropool, with its massage fountains and currents, and enjoy an exhilarating water-jet massage, seaweed wrap or jet bubble bath in the water treatment rooms.
