Ascot is a small town within the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead in England. Ascot is perhaps most famous as the location of Ascot Racecourse, home of the prestigious Royal Ascot. Local facilities are mainly geared towards the racecourse, although there is shopping available in the High Street. Ascot has a station on a line from Waterloo linking it with central London.
