Set in the heart of our magnificent hotel is our cocktail bar, dating from 1225 with its granite open log fire and stone walls. Once you have sampled the delights of one of our distinctive restaurants why not finish the evening here with a fine port, cognac or even a wee dram. This room is a favourite venue for an aperitif or after dinner coffee. Built above cellars dating from 1225 and with an open hearth fireplace it is easy to imagine the sound of horse hoofs and the ring of the blacksmith hammer, beneath the spectacular vaulted ceiling.
The popular honeymoon suite boasts a high ceiling and spectacular views of the surrounding countryside, whilst our family rooms are spacious and comfortable. The informal Poacher's bar offers breathtaking views over the River Dee. In the summer, patio seating is available overlooking our beautifully landscaped gardens. Lunch and dinner can be enjoyed in the bar or on the patio. The priory room provides a splendid setting for a candlelit dinner.
